GGG is helping the City of Chemnitz to find accommodation for refugees from Ukraine.

Here you can find up-to-date information about aid for Ukraine and how to contact us if you want to help Ukrainian refugees.

Finding/renting a property

Are you a refugee looking for somewhere to live in Chemnitz?

If you already have a residence permit, you can rent accommodation from us immediately.

Please contact our service hotline (details below), and we will be happy to put you in contact with those in need of assistance.

Donating items

The Selbsthilfe 91 e. V. charity shop in Sonnenberg welcomes furniture donations.
Donated items will be refurbished by the charity and sold on at cost price to those in need.

The charity can also collect furniture donations directly from you.
It will remove and dispose of furniture that can no longer be reused for a small fee.

The charity can also undertake complete property clearances for a fee, by arrangement.
